SPC Update

A report from Lew Tetlow including court documents.

To all:

As reported to everyone earlier, the court denied the DOJ motion to dismiss our case. That order of the court is attached. Note that the oral arguement is scheduled for 9:30 AM on November 10, 2008 in the U.S. Court of Appeals for DC. Plan to arrive early is the best advice.
I am also including the fianl briefs to the court. As per protocol they are a review if the case submitted and not the introduction of new material in general.
