On behalf of the T/A that did have teeth (before our replacements gave it all away), we are once more saving the West Pilots. This is getting old; someday maybe some of the West Pilots will wake up. We need every West pilot to fill out the grievances below.

U-Turn: B-737 pilots please read, fill out, print, and file these grievances with the chief pilot. Where are the C-62 Reps and MEC? Remember, the ones that gave away the Transition Agreement, the same ones that lost ALPA and brought us to this place? Now no where to be found, all those bright ideas; look at where we are now. It seems like the Reps that you removed from office are still here fighting for you. I hate saying, “I told you so”, however; if the shoe fits wear it. There are two for each fleet (B-757, B-737, A-320) one for dropping below required block hours and one for dropping below required aircraft numbers per fleet. There are two grievances for dropping below total system hours and aircraft. Here is an example: A B-757 pilot will fill out 4 grievance forms. 1) Dropping below the minimum numbers of B-757 fleet block Hours.2) Dropping below the minimum numbers of B-757 fleet aircraft.3) Dropping below the minimum numbers of West system block Hours.4) Dropping below the minimum numbers of West system aircraft.Do not worry, these grievances are all filled out, just add your personal information, print it out, and drop them off at the Chief Pilot’s office. Please, fill these out and stop the downgrades and furloughs. David Blomgren
