"BRIEF" Update

I can't believe Lew passed on the opportunity at such a bad pun. 

To all:

  Just a very short update for everyone today.  As you know the initial round of briefs to the Court of Appeals was scheduled for tomorrow, June 11th.  Due to a conflict of other required court dates initial filing has been moved to on or before June 26th, 2008.  Basically this case took a two week schedule adjustment and nothing more.  As soon as the filings are transferred to the court I will make them available to you via e-mail.

  Remember as well the briefing in DC on June 25th by Professor Turley.  I certainly hope that everyone will make a special effort to attend.  You will need to e-mail me that you plan to attend, and I will send an invitation to you at that time.  Kindly bring the invitation with you as it will likely be required for entry.
